PLACE AN ORDER

To order any of the products in the Product Grid below, just click on the appropriate link.  The selected product will be added to your shopping cart.  When ordering from this website, your product will be delivered electronically via download.  To order a physical product, call our sales order line.  Instructions are contained below.

When you are finished adding products to your shopping cart, click on the VIEW SHOPPING CART link below or click on the CHECKOUT button while in the shopping cart.  Either way, you will be able to enter your payment and delivery options on a secure order form.  After you complete your order, you will be sent an e-mail confirming your order.

If you have any pre-sales related questions, either e-mail us or contact us by clicking on the appropriate link.  Demo versions are also available for the Easy Contacts CRM products.  To download a demo without ordering, just click on the desired demo link in the window on the left.

PLEASE READ:

The products in the Product Grid below are single user and small network/multi-user versions.  Single user products are designed to run on one computer only and do not have the ability to share databases between users.  If you have more than one user that needs to share the same database on an office network, you need to order the multi-user, network versions.  If you need to order products for additional users than those shown, you can order them through an authorized MBS Software reseller or order them direct from MBS Software.

To have the product shipped to you without downloading anything, call our sales department.

You can order the product for download and also have the physical product shipped to you, Order the desired product under the DOWNLOAD NOW column and then order the physical product by calling the sales department.  Have your order number handy and be prepared to pay shipping and handling as well as a small charge for the physical product itself.

To download the product now without shipping a physical product, click on the desired product under the DOWNLOAD NOW link.

If you elect to download a product, instructions for completing the download will follow after you complete the order form.  The product serial number for these products will be e-mailed to you within 24-48 hours.  You will still be able to install and use all of the features available in the product; however, the program will be in full demo mode.  When you receive the serial # in the e-mail, just start the program normally and enter it when prompted.

All products, whether digital download or physical product, come with the user manual in Adobe Reader PDF format.  You will need Adobe Reader Software to view the supplied user manual.  The PDF manuals contain the exact same material as the associated Printed Manual, so for most users, a physical product is not necessary.

MergeMAGIC and the DB Intenet ToolKit products do not work separately on their own.  One of the Easy Contacts CRM edition programs needs to be installed first before installing them.
